Who is a Technical Business Analyst?

A Technical Business Analyst translates business goals into technically clear requirements. Unlike a purely functional BA, a Technical BA understands system architecture, APIs, data, databases and implementation constraints well enough to collaborate confidently with engineering teams.

Do I need to know how to code to take this course?

No. The focus is on understanding system logic, integrations, APIs, data structures and technical documentation, not writing production code.

I am a non-technical BA. Is this course too advanced for me?

No. The course builds foundations step by step, starting with systems basics and then moving into APIs, databases, system design and documentation.

Will I get hands-on experience with tools?

Yes. The course includes practical exposure to API testing thinking, ER diagrams, data mapping, technical documentation and GenAI-assisted analysis.

Is SQL mandatory for this course?
