Your Outputs
Six deliverables from this module
Great PMs leave artefacts which can be referenced, challenged, and build on by the team. These are the six deliverables you should be able to produce after this module.
Opportunity Brief
Validated problem statement, who it affects, frequency Γ severity sizing, competitive context, and an explicit go/no-go recommendation.
Product Requirements Document
Problem statement, proposed solution, user stories with acceptance criteria, success metrics, out-of-scope items, and technical constraints.
Assumption Map
A 2Γ2 grid plotting team assumptions by importance and certainty. Top-left quadrant (high importance, low certainty) drives the prototype or test plan.
Launch Plan
Staged rollout sequence, go/no-go criteria, success metrics, rollback procedure, and stakeholder communication plan. Written before launch, not at it.
Post-Launch Review
Actual vs expected metrics, qualitative learnings, root cause of any gaps, and specific recommendations for the next development cycle.
PLC Position Assessment
Current lifecycle stage diagnosis with market data, strategic implications for the next 6β12 months, and recommended PM priority shifts.
